Previous management established bad relations with the Union. This led to distrust with any pending decisions regarding the hotel and its employees. The new management found it hard to successfully run the hotel and be productive with issues relating to the Union. Called TJR Consulting because we were ready to close a Hotel and wanted the negotiations to be positive and straightforward. Because the Union trusted the consultant the negotiations were professional and the closing was seamless. This would not have been the case if we did not have the consultant as the Union had no confidence in the Hotel based on previous behavior.
